DayCare Sage Billing Rate Functions

The DayCare Sage has the most comprehensive and flexible billing system on the market, regardless of price. It's not even close. With our billing system, you can setup different rates for different days, different parts of the day, start charging after a specific number of hours per day, or days per week or month, charge for hours outside of a schedule, charge for shifts, etc. You can also mix and match an unlimited number of rates on an account to automate most billing rates. Examples of some of the scenarios you can automate with our system include:

1) Your center charges $5 per hour for after school care until 6pm, then charges $6 an hour until 8pm, then charges $10 an hour after 8pm.

2) Your center charges $100 a week for any 3 days during the week, then $35 for any extra days.

3) Your center charges a flat $10 for morning care between 7am and 9am and a flat $15 for afternoon care between 3pm and 6pm.

4) Your center charges $100 a week for 5 day care up to a maximum of 10 hours per day, then $8 for each additional hour.
